I have been around animals all of my life.
I have working as a Veterinary Nurse since 1990.
I enrolled with the RCVS and started my formal training to be a Veterinary Nurse and qualified in 1994.
As part of the qualification I have maintained my CPD requirement of 15 hours per year.
I have attended BVNA congresses and attend in house CPD and online CPD courses.This has been covering aspects of the Veterinary and Veterinary Nursing working environment.
I have been involved in situations at work requiring first aid and carrying out procedures that would be classed as first aid.
I have an interest in canine behaviour and I have recently completed a course in house at work, Dog friendly behaviour, and would like to progress this in the future.
I have always been around animals though my life as both Grandparents had farms, Diary and Beef and my parents have a small holding and so I have experience with horses and sheep.
I would like to offer a more home from home environment for dogs to be whilst their owners are away and would like to be providing great facilities and care whilst with me.
