1 - License Display.
This will be displayed in the Utility room clearly visible for all to be able to view.
2 - Suitable Diet
This will be the dogs normal food as owners would be asked to provide the normal diet and amount required for the duration of the stay.
3 - Water
Clean fresh water will be available in the kitchen at all times.
4 - Suitable Environment
Provision for appropriate environment including shelter and a comfortable resting area will be provided. The dogs will be in the house and have access to the beds, rugs and blankets for rest.
5 - Exercise
Exercise guidelines will be gained from the owners to provide appropriate amount and type of exercise related to any medical issues and the age of the dog.
6. Puppy Care
Puppy require a different level of care, exercise and feeding. Due to their need for this I will be guided by the owners as to what the daily routine is. Puppies are usually feeding more frequently so up until 16 weeks they will require 4 meals a day. They also need socialising with other dogs, people, cars, vehicles loud noises and I will be able to provide this by carrying or exercising in areas where the Puppy would be exposed to these (if vaccinations are complete).
7. - Disease Control
Vaccination status needs to be up to date and Kennel Cough Vaccination needs to be covered also. Preventative medicines for Endo and Ectoparasites need to be administered as the product recommendations.
All bowls for water and food, bedding and toys will be washed and disinfected daily.
The floors will be washed daily and the common areas will be wiped down with disinfectant.
Soiling in the garden will be cleared away asap.
8. - Behaviour
The behaviour of dogs will be monitored by supervised playing. Any aggressive behaviour towards another dog or human will not be tolerated and the dog will be excluded from Paws to Play and Stay.
